With its mild, buttery flavour and crisp bite, the green Bella di Cerignola is great as an introduction to table olives for the inexperienced palette. These olives are larger than most other olives and are usually a very intense dark green colour, but may also come in a paler green variety. These pair best with Parmigiano Reggiano, mozzarella, or mild asiago, not to mention how well they also go with cured meats and toasts.
