I added beef shank with bone and about 1# meat,half pound portobello & white button mushroom mix, and a little extra barley. I used better than bullion vegetable base and a little beef and mushroom base as well but it didn’t need it. It was rich and flavorful. Surprised how fast it cooked. Leftovers taste great too. I’m glad I found this
