We think it has more to do with the knurling on the rollers than anything else so we have produced our rollers with deep cut knurling(just run your finger across the roller to check it out preferably not while the machine is running) Our rollers are produced from cold rolled steel and can be adjusted to suit the grain size so ensuring that the desired amount of crush can be obtained. You can use the crank handle for small batches or attach a power drill to the shaft for effortless milling. Use the slowest possible setting on the drill to get the best results.
