Hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizza base, prepared with biga and fresh natural starter, subjected to a 48-hour fermentation process. ⌀ 24cm. Neapolitan pizza is characterised by a thin, soft centre and a puffy, slightly charred crust (cornicione). Preheat the oven to 240°C and bake for 4 minutes.
