Frantoio Pasquini produces oil derived solely from the pressing of olives harvested by hand in areas particularly suited to olive growing. The excellent quality of the oil is guaranteed by the selection of olives, by the almost simultaneous pressing in the oil mill with cold mechanical extraction exalting it high nutritional value. Today, the company has developed considerably, both in qualitative and quantitative terms, to satisfy constantly increasing requests by customers attentive to the quality of their olive oil. Their extra virgin olive oil has an intense fresh herbaceous aroma with a slightly bitter yet delicate taste.
